OUR PASSION IS OUR PURPOSE

Here at Nola our passion is to produce small amounts of handcrafted wines that can be enjoyed by themselves or paired with foods.

We are a boutique winery located in San Francisco, founded in 2005 by Jeff Filimon and Len Stecklow as a result of our passion for world class wines.

We select the finest fruit and then go through a process of blending, aging, and tasting to ensure a wine that we can be proud of.

Our 2005 is our first release of a Syrah using grapes from the White Hawk Vineyard in Santa Barbara County. We're also releasing a 2006 Sauvignon Blanc from Galleron Vineyard in Napa.

We hope you enjoy these wines as much as we did crafting them.

Our Consulting Master Winemaker is Kian Tavakoli. He earned his Viticulture degree from U.C. Davis in Northern California as well as a degree in genetics. Kian’s winemaking experience includes 4 years at Opus One perfecting his Cabernet winemaking and 9 years at Clos Du Val where he headed up their highly acclaimed reserve bottling.
