	2005 Syrah Our 2005 Syrah is our inaugural release. This handcrafted wine has been aged in neutral barrels for 17 months. The wine gets it complexity from not only this long aging process but the use of 50% whole clusters and native fermentation. We feel the wine is drinkable now. It has a dense dark color, a wonderful nose and smooth finish. SOLD OUT
